After verification, these messages were confirmed not to have been sent by our hotel and are identified as phishing scams.

Our hotel communicates with guests only through official booking platform messaging systems and our official hotel email address.
We do not contact guests via any messaging apps, nor do we request guests, in any form, to click links or provide personal information.
If you receive any suspicious messages or have concerns regarding their authenticity, please do not click or respond. Kindly contact us directly via the booking platform’s official channel or our official hotel email for verification.
