＜Non-cleaning Day＞
* The room attendant will not enter the guest room.
* Clean towels will be placed outside the room door.
* To request room cleaning service on non-cleaning day, please make sure the cleaning button is activated before 13:00.
* Should you need house keeper to clean the garbage and towels, please place them in the garbage bin and laundry basket, place these containers outside your door.
＜Cleaning Day＞
* Please press the cleaning button before 17:00.
※The cleaning service will be completed within an hour, and will be finished by 17:30.
※If the sign of “do not disturb” is activated, the cleaning service will not be provided.
