此專案僅適用面向施工區域房型。施工期間，為維護動物安全與福祉，中庭景觀區之白犀牛將暫停展示。
斑馬及鴕鳥僅於每日施工時段暫停展示，工程結束後，將依當日現場狀況及動物健康狀態評估，於適宜時恢復中庭景觀區展示。

- 專案價依實際入住人數收費，加人加價會自動計算(含服務費)，如有額外純住宿加碼優惠依專案說明。
- 專案餐食內容依當日餐廳營運安排提供，如遇餐廳營運型態調整，將以等值餐食替代。
- 全館客房皆不提供加床服務，客房區未設置電梯，如有行動不便需求，建議預訂一樓剛果客房或無障礙客房。
- 生態區景觀可能因天候或動物健康狀況進行調整，實際窗外景觀依入住當日現場安排為準。
- 專案內含項目不得要求個別退款、折抵現金與更換其他項目。
