【訂金政策】
依交通部觀光局頒佈《定型化契約》規定。
【取消政策】
(1)住宿日當日取消或未如期入住收取約定房價總金額100%。
(2)住宿日前1至2日內取消訂房收取約定房價總金額50%。
(3)住宿日前3日前取消訂房不收取費用。
