* A valid credit card information is required for a successful reservation. Any non-guaranteed reservation will not be accepted without notice. Hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize from the provided credit card up to the full reservation amount. 
* No pets allowed ( Except Pet Villa Quad Room and Pet Villa Garden Room for dogs) .
* No smoking inside hotel.
* Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and date changes must be made before the deadline: 1. If the cancellation occurs 2 weeks before the tour date, the deposit will be refunded 2. If the cancellation occurs 10~13 days before, 30% of the deposit will be charged 3. If the cancellation occurs 7~9 days before, 50% of the deposit will be charged 4. If the cancellation occurs 4~6 days before, 60% of the deposit will be charged 5. If the cancellation occurs 2~3 days before, 70% of the deposit will be charged 6. If the cancellation occurs 1 day before, 80% of the deposit will be charged 7. If the cancellation occurs on the arrival date, full deposit will be charged.
* Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
