Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is implemented in accordance with the Standardized Contract for Individual Travel Accommodation issued by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
For detailed information, please refer to the Consumer Protection Section of the Tourism Administration's administrative information system.

Cancellation charges are applied as follows:

• On the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be charged.

• Within 1 day before the check-in date: 80% of the deposit will be charged.

• 2–3 days before the check-in date: 70% of the deposit will be charged.

• 4–6 days before the check-in date: 60% of the deposit will be charged.

• 7–9 days before the check-in date: 50% of the deposit will be charged.

• 10–13 days before the check-in date: 30% of the deposit will be charged.

• 14 days or more before the check-in date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
