• For High-Speed Rail (THSR) joint ticket purchases made on or before June 30, 2026, guests can enjoy a 22% discount on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and a 15% discount on weekends (Friday to Sunday and THSR peak travel periods) for adult fares on standard reserved seats or business class seats. Special promotional events will also be held from time to time.Starting from July 1, 2026, a 5% discount will apply to adult fares for standard reserved seats or business class seats, with occasional promotional events.Concession tickets (including Senior, Disabled, and Child tickets) are priced the same as those sold at THSR stations (50% of the full fare) and are not eligible for additional discounts.

• In our efforts to promote environmental protection and sustainable development, we will be adjusting disposable amenities policy starting from October 1, 2024. The following disposable amenities will no longer be provided in guest rooms. Personal hygiene items: combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, and shower caps.

【Cancellation Policy】

This hotel’s cancellation policy is governed by the 'Standardized Contract for Hotel Reservations' set by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau.

• Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival : 100% of the prepaid room rate will be refunded.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival or No-Show : The prepaid room rate will be non-refundable.
