Service hours are from 11:00 to 18:00 daily.

This hotel’s cancellation policy is governed by the 'Standardized Contract for Hotel Reservations' set by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau.

• Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival : 100% of the prepaid room rate will be refunded.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival or No-Show : The prepaid room rate will be non-refundable.
