• This hotel’s cancellation policy is governed by the “Standard Form Contract for Individual Room Reservations” issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Taiwan.

• Cancellations made on the day of arrival: 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations made within 1 day prior to arrival: 80% of the prepaid room deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations made 2–3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the prepaid room deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations made 4–6 days prior to arrival: 60% of the prepaid room deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations made 7–9 days prior to arrival: 50% of the prepaid room deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations made 10–13 days prior to arrival: 30% of the prepaid room deposit will be charged.
