Meworld Hotel Group – High-Speed Rail (HSR) Ticket Add-On Rules and Notes

Welcome to use our HSR ticket add-on service provided jointly with Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation. When booking at Meworld Hotel – Station Front Branch, you can enjoy discounted HSR tickets along with most room packages. Please refer to the instructions below for detailed ticket regulations.

Package Description
This package is a joint room and HSR ticket promotion offered by Taiwan High-Speed Rail and Meworld Hotel Group. When booking through the official website of selected branches, you can purchase HSR standard or business class reserved seats at discounted full fares. Payment includes [room deposit] and [HSR discounted ticket fare].

Fare Discounts

• Adult Tickets: Standard and business class full fares are 22% off on weekdays and 15% off on holidays, with periodic online promotions.

• Concession Tickets: Senior, disabled, and child fares are 50% off the full fare if eligible.

Booking & Seat Reservation

1. After selecting your travel dates and room type, you can add HSR tickets during the booking process.

2. Choose ticket type, class, travel dates, and HSR departure/arrival time; complete payment online.

3. HSR tickets are sold together with the room package and must be canceled together.

4. After booking, a confirmation email with reservation code and itinerary will be sent—please keep it safe.

Ticket Collection, Change, Cancellation & Refunds

• Collection: At station ticket counters, ticket machines, or convenience stores (handling fee applies at convenience stores).

• Changes: Limited to one change for the same route on the travel date. Uncollected tickets can be changed online; collected tickets must be handled at station or original collection location.

• Cancellations/Refunds: Room and ticket must be canceled together; collected tickets incur a 20 TWD fee per ticket. Special cases (e.g., typhoon) follow HSR announcements.

Other Notes

1. The hotel and HSR are not responsible for issues due to incorrect information.

2. Refunds are not allowed within 30 minutes of departure.

3. Fares are in NTD.

4. Meworld Hotel Group and HSR reserve the right to adjust or terminate this cooperation program.
