- Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur no charge .
Low-Plastic & Low-Carbon Travel
To support environmental sustainability, guestrooms provide only towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand wash.
Other single-use amenities are no longer offered.

Carbon Offset Program – Add-On Carbon Credits
Join our Low-Carbon Initiative at check-in by purchasing a carbon offset add-on (NT$29 per night).
Guests who participate will receive a seed-paper thank-you card and an electronic certificate of appreciation.
Parking Policy
- Guests who book directly through the official hotel website may enjoy complimentary parking during their stay at the Qsquare Mall B4/B5 public parking area.
- Due to limited spaces, one complimentary parking space per room is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not available.
- Standard hotel check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Parking before check-in or after check-out will be charged according to Qsquare Mall’s parking rates (NT$60/hr on weekdays, NT$80/hr on holidays).
- Parking height limit: 2 meters.
- Entrance: Located on Civic Boulevard (市民大道). Proceed toward Chengde Road for approximately 350 meters and enter via the Taipei Bus Station Parking entrance on the right.
Children Policy
Children 12 years old and under staying with adults and not requiring an extra bed are free of charge.

- Children 6 years old and under: Free
- Children 7–12 years old: Additional charge applies
Meals for children are not included in any room package and must be purchased separately according to the restaurant’s minimum spending policy.

- Fitness Center: 06:30 – 23:00
(Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.)

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your confirmed reservation, the hotel will follow the “Standard Form Contract for Individual Travelers Booking Directly with Tourist Hotels,” promulgated by Taiwan’s Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) on January 13, 2010.

Cancellation Fees:
- Same day of arrival / No-show: 100% of the total deposit based on the agreed room rate.
- 1–2 days before arrival: 50% of the total deposit based on the agreed room rate.
- 3 days or more before arrival: 0% charge
※If a natural disaster or force majeure (e.g., land typhoon warning in the hotel’s or traveler’s location, major transportation disruption) prevents arrival, please contact the hotel as soon as possible to adjust or cancel your reservation without penalty.
