- Advance booking is required for this package. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Free Cancellation: Cancel by 23:59 (Taiwan time, GMT+8) on the day before check-in for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made on the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate. Any remaining prepaid room charges will be refunded.
- No Show: If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the hotel will cancel the entire reservation, charge the first night's room rate, and refund any remaining prepaid room charges.
- Natural Disasters & Force Majeure: Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund if natural disasters, such as typhoons or earthquakes, affect their travel and any of the following conditions apply:
- The local government announces a suspension of work or classes in the city or county where the hotel is located.

- An international guest's flight is canceled due to a typhoon, and the guest provides official flight cancellation documentation issued by the airline.
