【Meal Details】

• Breakfast: Included for the number of guests covered by the booked room rate. Breakfast is not included for additional children staying in the room and may be purchased separately according to hotel policy.

【Booking, Payment & Cancellation】

• Advance reservation and full payment at the time of booking are required.
• Free Cancellation: Cancel by 11:59 PM (Taiwan Time) one day before check-in for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made on the scheduled check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate. Any remaining prepaid room charges will be refunded.
• No Show: If guests fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation, charge the first night's room rate, and refund any remaining prepaid room charges.
• Natural Disasters & Force Majeure: Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund if natural disasters, such as typhoons or earthquakes, affect their travel and any of the following conditions apply:
  • The local government announces a suspension of work or classes in the city or county where the hotel is located.
  • The local government announces a suspension of work or classes in the city or county where the guest resides.
  • An international guest's flight is canceled due to a typhoon, and the guest provides official flight cancellation documentation issued by the airline.
• Verification: Free cancellation requests related to natural disasters are subject to verification based on official government announcements or supporting documentation. Booking Policies

Breakfast prices are charged per person, per day:

• Adults: NT$300.
• Children aged 12 and over: NT$300.
• Children aged 6–11: NT$150.
• Children aged 0–5: Free when accompanying guests purchase breakfast.

【Children's Policy】

• A maximum of 2 children per room is allowed, regardless of age.
• Children's ages are determined as of the check-in date.
• Children sharing existing beds are charged per person, per night as follows:
  • Ages 0–5: Stay free of charge (amenities not included); breakfast not included.
  • Ages 6–11: NT$300 per night; breakfast not included.
  • Ages 12 and over: NT$800 per night; breakfast not included.

【Extra Beds】

• Extra Bed Fee: NT$1,200 per bed, per night. Amenities are included; breakfast is not included.
• Extra Bed Limit: Available for selected room types only. A maximum of 1 extra bed per room.
• Occupancy: Each extra bed accommodates 1 additional adult or child.

【THSR Tickets】

• Guests booking this package may purchase Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) tickets as an add-on. This option is available for all bookable stay dates under this package.
