Cancellation of Reservation:
1. The deposit is 30% of the total room price.
2. If the guest cancels the reservation 14 or more days before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
3. If the guest cancels the reservation 10 to 13 days before the scheduled check-in date, 70% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
4. If the guest cancels the reservation 7 to 9 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
5. If the guest cancels the reservation 4 to 6 days before the scheduled check-in date, 40% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
6. If the guest cancels the reservation 2 to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date, 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
7. If the guest cancels the reservation 1 day before the scheduled check-in date, 20% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
8. If the guest cancels on the day of the scheduled check-in or fails to notify, the total deposit paid will not be refunded.
