Purchasing HSR tickets only confirms payment and does not guarantee seat reservation. Seat allocation is subject to Taiwan High Speed Rail system availability at the time of booking.
Deposit Policy:
All reservations made require a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. During weekends with adjoining holidays, a 50% deposit of the total amount will be required for any reservation during this period.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, please inform the hotel of any reservation cancellations 14 days prior to the check-in date (local time).
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
same date on arrival: 100% of the deposit.
