In support of negative carbon emissions, a donation will be made on guests’ behalf to the “Negative Carbon Emission Carbon Credit Program” for each room per night (the donation amount is non-receiptable).

Dinner on the second night may be replaced with the “Sky Lounge Exclusive Set Menu” at no additional charge or price difference.(Sky Lounge welcomes guests aged 10 and above only.)

Deposit Policy:
All reservations made require a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. During weekends with adjoining holidays, a 50% deposit of the total amount will be required for any reservation during this period.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, please inform the hotel of any reservation cancellations 14 days prior to the check-in date (local time).
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
same date on arrival: 100% of the deposit.
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
