Successful purchase of High Speed Rail tickets only confirms payment and does not guarantee seat reservations. Actual seat assignments are subject to the Taiwan High Speed Rail reservation system when seat selection becomes available.
Deposit Policy:
All reservations made require a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. During weekends with adjoining holidays, a 50% deposit of the total amount will be required for any reservation during this period.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid penalty, please inform the hotel of any reservation cancellations 14 days prior to the check-in date (local time).
Under Taiwanese regulations, fees will be charged, plus applicable taxes and fees, to your credit card in percentage to the total deposit of your stay as followings:
10-13 days: 30% of the deposit ;
7-9 days: 50% of the deposit ;
4-6 days: 60% of the deposit ;
2-3 days: 70% of the deposit ;
1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit ;
same date on arrival: 100% of the deposit.
