※ The extended-stay discount is valid only when the minimum stay requirement is met. If a partial cancellation reduces the actual stay to fewer than the required minimum number of nights, the extended-stay discount will no longer apply. The room rate will be recalculated based on the applicable standard rate, and any difference will be charged accordingly.
In accordance with the “Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler Hotel Reservations” promulgated by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Taiwan, please refer to the Standardized Contracts section of the Tourism Administration’s Administrative Information System for further details.
For reservations where the total room rate has been prepaid, cancellations will be handled according to one of the following options:
A. Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the check-in date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
B. Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to the check-in date: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total agreed room rate will be charged.
C. Cancellations made on the check-in date, no-shows, or failure to notify the hotel: 100% of the total room rate will be charged and is non-refundable.
A. For cancellations made prior to the check-in date, please contact the hotel to arrange for the prepaid amount to be retained as credit. The credit will remain valid for one year and may be applied toward a future stay.
