【Cancellation Policy】
In accordance with the “Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler Hotel Reservations” promulgated by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Taiwan, please refer to the Standardized Contracts section of the Tourism Administration’s Administrative Information System for further details.
For reservations where the total room rate has been prepaid, cancellations will be handled according to the following policy:
- The hotel may charge a portion of the total room rate as a cancellation fee. The applicable fee will depend on the number of days between the cancellation date and the scheduled check-in date:
A. Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the check-in date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
B. Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to the check-in date: A cancellation fee equivalent to 70% of the total agreed room rate will be charged.
C. Cancellations made on the check-in date, no-shows, or failure to notify the hotel of the cancellation: 100% of the total room rate will be charged and is non-refundable.
