【Cancellation Policy】
In accordance with the “Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler Hotel Reservations” promulgated by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Taiwan, please refer to the Standardized Contracts section of the Tourism Administration’s Administrative Information System for further details.
Cancellation 3 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation 1–2 days prior to check-in: 70% of the total deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation on the check-in date or no-show: The full deposit will be charged.
